Lars graduated with a master’s in finance from Tilburg University in 2017, but his learning journey didn’t stop there. In 2018, he completed the Certified Business Succession Advisor program, and in 2019, he began a post-master’s program in business succession for family-owned businesses. “We work with many family businesses, helping to ensure a smooth transition to the next generation.”
Since joining Crossminds, Lars has successfully overseen numerous transactions across sectors, from agri-food companies to businesses in the automotive industry. “It’s fascinating to stand alongside entrepreneurs during negotiations. Sometimes you think you’ve reached an agreement, only to find a twist at the end. It’s incredibly rewarding to secure the best possible outcome.”
Lars draws energy from completing projects that help entrepreneurs take the next step in their company’s life cycle. In his free time, you’ll find him at the gym, staying fit and active.
