Kwekerij het Westland
Kwekerij het Westland is a bell pepper nursery with locations in Poeldijk and Naaldwijk. The nursery has a total of 6.3 hectares of greenhouses where sweet pointed peppers are grown. In addition to cultivation, the peppers are sorted and packaged by size, color, and weight according to customer specifications.
PowerGrow
PowerGrow has been growing block peppers since 2007 and has a total of 11.8 hectares of greenhouses. Following the merger of the two companies, PowerGrow will also begin cultivating sweet pointed peppers.
Merger
As of January 1, 2022, the companies began collaborating strategically to address the ongoing trend of consolidation in the fruit and vegetable market, both on the supplier and buyer sides. By combining their strengths, the company aims to further grow as a sweet pointed pepper producer to meet increasing market demand.
