Crossminds facilitates the cross-border deal between Pallas and P95.

The Belgian vaccine inspector P95 has acquired its Rotterdam-based counterpart Pallas. Crossminds assisted P95 in this cross-border transaction.

P95

P95 is a vaccine inspection company that provides services related to disease research and vaccine safety. The company has been in operation for 10 years and has grown to employ 50 people during this period. P95 can analyze existing studies as well as initiate primary studies on diseases and the (side) effects of vaccines. While it may seem that the world is overflowing with biostatisticians and epidemiologists due to the COVID-19 crisis, this is far from the truth. According to CEO Thomas Verstraeten, specialists in this field are hard to find, and they have found a good match in Rotterdam’s Pallas to continue the company’s growth.

Pallas

Pallas Health Research and Consultancy was founded by Judith van den Bosch. Pallas specializes as a research and consultancy firm in public health, healthcare, and support within the fields of biomedical sciences, health sciences, epidemiology, public health, and healthcare. The company has 20 years of experience in this industry and consists of a team of 12 specialists.

Figures

P95 is experiencing strong growth, with revenue more than doubling from 2019 to 2020. With the acquisition of Pallas, the expectation is that revenue will continue to grow at double-digit rates in the coming years.
