Floris Timmer has been working at Crossminds as a Corporate Finance Consultant since January 2025.
He grew up in an entrepreneurial family in Westland, where he was instilled with the Westland work ethic from an early age. This background gives him a unique understanding of what life in an entrepreneurial family looks like and the role a business plays within it.
Floris also has a background in elite sports. The many challenges and valuable lessons from that period continue to be relevant and highly influential in his work at Crossminds.
He is motivated every day to guide entrepreneurs through complex cases and provide them with new insights. With his combined financial and tax expertise, he is able to contribute to advice from both a financial and fiscal perspective, ensuring recommendations are considered from multiple angles.
Outside of work, Floris can often be found in the gym or at the CrossFit box, staying active and challenging himself physically.
