Rick Koster has been working at Crossminds as a Corporate Finance Analyst at the Rotterdam office since October 2025. Within the team, he is involved in a wide range of projects, and particularly values the combination of analytical depth, a dynamic work environment, and direct interaction with entrepreneurs.
Rick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam and subsequently completed a Master’s in Finance & Investments as well as a Master’s in Strategic Entrepreneurship. This combination of financial and strategic expertise provides a strong foundation for his work. Prior to joining Crossminds, Rick gained over a year and a half of experience at another corporate finance firm, where he was involved in various transactions.
In his work, Rick is known for his structured and sharp approach, as well as his strong drive to achieve the best possible outcome together with the entrepreneur.
Outside of work, Rick enjoys staying active and can often be found at the gym. He also likes spending time in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes and enjoys socialising with friends.
