Jeroen Elst is an enthusiastic corporate finance advisor who enjoys thinking strategically with entrepreneurs. He specializes in conducting business valuations, providing business owners with valuable insights into the company’s worth and key value drivers. This clarity can be crucial when making strategic decisions.

Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, Jeroen understands firsthand what running a business entails. From an early age, he has been involved in strategic decision-making and knows the value of rolling up his sleeves to get things done.
Jeroen studied business economics in Breda and later earned a master’s degree in finance from Tilburg University. After graduation, he started his career at Rabobank and then spent five years at a corporate finance firm in central Netherlands. Since 2019, he has been working at Crossminds.
To further enhance his ability to serve entrepreneurs, Jeroen completed the business valuation program at Erasmus University. He is a certified register valuator with the Dutch Institute of Register Valuators (NIRV), making him a recognized expert in providing clear and precise business valuations.
