Sebastiaan Hoftijzer started as an analyst at Crossminds in Goes in April 2024. Before joining this team, he worked for two years at another M&A boutique in The Hague. With his analytical perspective and experience in mergers, acquisitions, and valuation issues, Sebastiaan supports entrepreneurs in achieving their ambitions and strategic goals. He derives great satisfaction from helping companies in various sectors take the next step in their development.
Sebastiaan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and a Master’s degree in Finance from Tilburg University. Alongside his studies, he played handball at the premier league level, reflecting his sporty and determined character.
Born and raised in Middelburg, Sebastiaan has returned to his Zeeland roots. In his free time, he can be found at the gym or on the padel court. His social and energetic personality makes him approachable and driven, both in his work and beyond.
