Crossminds guides VAN AS in the successful acquisition of the Belgian Crea Print Group

Crossminds has supported VAN AS in the successful acquisition of the Belgian Crea Print Group, giving VAN AS access to the Belgian and French markets.
VAN AS
VAN AS is a print and sign company specializing in promotional materials (point-of-sale), calendar production, and large-format printing. With an extensive and diverse range of machinery, VAN AS offers distinctive products compared to a traditional graphic design company.
Crea Print Group
Crea Print Group is a Belgian company active in point-of-sale, serving the Belgian and French markets with a patented product. Additionally, Crea operates in the horticulture market in the Netherlands, Belgium, and France, a specific niche within the point-of-sale sector.
About the transaction
VAN AS was already (to a limited extent) active in the Belgian market, and this acquisition allows VAN AS to expand its activities in this market and establish a strong presence in both the Belgian and French markets. By leveraging VAN AS’s expertise and adding Crea’s product offerings to its portfolio, VAN AS sees many opportunities to fully realize the potential of these markets.
Guidance
The transaction was guided by Marco du Pré and Jorrit op den Dries from Crossminds, with Hana Hodzic providing due diligence support as part of the acquisition process. Legal counsel was provided through close collaboration with Eric Spreij and Roeland Berger from Herik Verhulst and Catherine Errygers from Moore Law Belgium. We extend our thanks to everyone involved for their cooperation during this intensive process.
