Guidance for Beads Wholesale Group in its sale to Golden Bird.

Beads Wholesale Group was founded in 2006 by Frank and Nanda Schaarman and is the parent company of an e-commerce business specializing in jewelry components and ready-made jewelry. Beads Wholesale Group is known for its brands such as Betaalbarekralen and Kralen.nl. The company employs around 30 people. Over its 13-year existence, it has grown to become the online market leader in the Benelux and Germany. Further expansion of the successful e-commerce platform into other European countries has already begun and is under continued development.

The headquarters of Beads Wholesale Group will remain in Middelburg and will be further strengthened and expanded by the new shareholder.
