Since July 2023, Mitchel has been part of Crossminds, where he started as a working student and has been employed as a strategy analyst since July 2024. With a background in Business Administration and a master\u2019s degree in Strategic Management from Tilburg University, he has a strong foundation in strategic issues and business optimization. Mitchel has a great affinity for improving business processes and helps entrepreneurs find concrete and sustainable solutions. He focuses, among other things, on performance scans and strategic sessions, working with dedication and enthusiasm to strengthen businesses. With his analytical mindset and pragmatic approach, he motivates entrepreneurs to take action and helps them seize growth opportunities. Outside of work, Mitchel is actively involved in sports. He trains regularly at the gym and attends every home match of Feyenoord at De
